We are dedicated to improving the river experience in Pagosa Springs through education, recreation and environmental awareness.  We have donated money to Riverwalk improvements. We have volunteered countless hours of time cleaning up the river. We have donated labor to help construct whitewater features.  We are the Friends of the Upper San Juan clad in Cruise-a-thong attire.  Every year we work to be better stewards of our local river and our environment and encourage you to do the same…and of course we make sure we are having fun while we are at it!
